The United States Department of State on Monday urged Americans to immediately leave more than a dozen Middle Eastern countries, including Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, amid ongoing U.S.-Israeli strikes against Iran.
Mora Namdar, the State Department’s Assistant Secretary for Consular Affairs, advised U.S. citizens to depart using available commercial flights due to heightened safety risks in the region. She emphasized that Americans should not delay their travel plans given the rapidly evolving security situation.
