According to the 2025 Jobs Report, one in five occupations will face significant challenges due to major social, economic, and technological shifts in the next five years.
The report, released by the Australian Industry Association, predicts that 78 million jobs in Australia will generate net profits over the next five years.
By 2030, job skills will be highly valued and expected to undergo significant changes.
Between 2025 and 2030, Australia’s total employment is expected to grow by 7%.
Jobs in sectors such as farming, delivery services, construction, sales, and food processing are expected to see the most growth during this period, reflecting a shift in the country’s workforce needs.
