SriLankan Airlines’ newly acquired Airbus A330-200 landed at Bandaranaike International Airport earlier today, following its journey from Paris.
Before touching down, the aircraft performed a low-altitude flyover from Colombo Port City to Panadura, giving the public a stunning aerial view of the latest addition to the national carrier’s fleet.
With this new aircraft, SriLankan Airlines now operates a total of 23 aircraft, all from the Airbus family. The fleet includes nine A330s for long-haul routes and 13 A320/A321s for medium-haul operations.
