SriLankan Airlines has announced an expansion of its Colombo to Melbourne services, increasing flights to 10 times a week from 2 August 2026.

The airline will introduce three additional weekly flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, giving passengers more travel options between Sri Lanka and Australia.

The increase aims to meet growing demand from both leisure and business travellers using the popular international route.

The expanded schedule is expected to improve connectivity and provide greater flexibility for passengers planning trips between the two countries.

SriLankan Airlines said the move reflects its commitment to strengthening links between Sri Lanka and Australia.

The additional services are set to further support tourism, trade and people-to-people connections between the nations.
