
The Sri Lanka Export Development Board reports that the country’s export revenue in January 2025 exceeded $1.3 billion, totaling $1,334.19 million.
Service exports for the month reached $329.37 million, marking a 37.87% increase from January 2024.
Goods exports amounted to $1,004.82 million, reflecting a 3.51% rise compared to the previous year.
Agricultural exports saw a notable 14.87% increase, reaching $258.93 million, while industrial exports recorded a slight 0.08% growth, totaling $745.89 million.
