Arjun Jeger, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of DC Group, has been named to Campaign Asia’s highly regarded 40 Under 40 Class of 2026, a prestigious list that celebrates emerging leaders transforming the marketing, media and communications industry across the Asia-Pacific region.

Jeger joins an elite group of professionals from 14 markets across the region, recognised for their outstanding business achievements, innovation and contributions to the industry. The honour marks a major milestone for a Sri Lankan entrepreneur who started his journey in 2017 with the launch of Digital Content, a small startup built without external investment.
Under his leadership, the company evolved into DC Group, one of Sri Lanka’s largest independent creative networks, employing more than 150 professionals across nine specialised businesses covering creative services, production, influencer marketing, performance media, martech, media and live experiences.
The company’s growth came despite significant national and global challenges, including the 2019 Easter attacks, the COVID-19 pandemic and Sri Lanka’s economic crisis. Throughout these difficult periods, DC Group continued to expand while maintaining its commitments to employees and partners.
Over the past year, the group recorded 31 percent growth and expanded internationally with the launch of DC International in Nairobi, Kenya. The company also established a specialist AI-focused agency to help brands navigate the rapidly changing marketing landscape.
Beyond his business achievements, Jeger serves as President of the Digital Marketing Association of Sri Lanka (DMASL), where he has played a key role in strengthening the country’s digital marketing ecosystem, supporting professional development and promoting diversity within the industry.
Commenting on the recognition, Jeger said the award belongs to everyone who believed a world-class agency could be built from Sri Lanka. He expressed hope that the achievement would inspire others by proving that Sri Lankan talent can compete and succeed on the global stage.
The recognition highlights the growing influence of Sri Lankan entrepreneurs and creative leaders in shaping the future of the Asia-Pacific marketing industry.
