Sri Lanka will continue with the left-hand, right-hand opening partnership of Kamil Mishara and Pathum Nissanka for the upcoming T20I series against Pakistan.
The duo, who opened the batting during Sri Lanka’s recent tour of Pakistan, will remain at the top of the order, while Kusal Mendis will move down to the No. 3 position, giving up his regular role as an opener to accommodate Mishara.
Team captain Dasun Shanaka confirmed the batting order decision ahead of the first T20I, scheduled to be played in Dambulla.
