
A total of 212,906 tourists visited Sri Lanka in November, according to data released by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA).
India remained the top source market with 51,391 arrivals, accounting for 24.1% of all visitors. Sri Lanka also welcomed 24,953 tourists from Russia, 16,915 from the United Kingdom, 14,518 from Germany and 9,384 from Australia during the month.
With the latest November data included, total tourist arrivals for 2025 have risen to 2,103,593.
Of this number, 474,796 visitors were from India, 191,742 from the United Kingdom, 158,593 from Russia, 131,259 from Germany, 121,671 from China and 101,771 from France, the SLTDA reported.
