Ruwanthi Delpitiya met with Balendra Shah during a courtesy call held at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers at Singha Durbar in Kathmandu on Wednesday.
The meeting was attended by several heads of foreign diplomatic missions based in Kathmandu, according to a Facebook post by the Sri Lankan Embassy.
During the discussion, the Ambassador extended warm congratulations on the successful conduct of Nepal’s recent elections and Prime Minister Shah’s decisive victory. She also reaffirmed Sri Lanka’s commitment to further strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.
