The Sri Lankan team has qualified to participate in the Mixed 4x400m relay event at the World Athletics Relays 2025.

The team representing Sri Lanka includes Aruna Darshana, Kalinga Kumarage, Sadev Rajakaruna, Harshani Fernando, Lakshima Mendis, and Nadeesha Ramanayake.
