A revised schedule for the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 was announced today, with Navi Mumbai replacing Bengaluru as one of the five venues for the tournament.

The DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai will host three league matches, a semifinal, and potentially the final, after Bengaluru’s M. Chinnaswamy Stadium became unavailable.

The tournament will still run from 30th of September to 2nd of November, with other venues unchanged: Guwahati, Indore, Visakhapatnam, and Colombo.

ICC Chairman Jay Shah said Navi Mumbai had become a strong base for women’s cricket, noting its success in hosting international fixtures and Women’s Premier League matches. He expressed confidence that this World Cup would be a milestone for the women’s game globally.

The final is scheduled for 2nd of November in either Navi Mumbai or Colombo. Semifinals will be held in Guwahati/Colombo on 29th of October and Navi Mumbai on 30th of October.

The full fixture list includes marquee clashes such as India vs Pakistan on 5th of October in Colombo, India vs Australia on 12 October in Visakhapatnam, and India vs England on 19th of October in Indore. Warm-up matches will be held in Bengaluru and Colombo from 25th –28th September.
