Sajana and Disa, rare twin elephants born at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage in Sri Lanka on 31st of August 2021, have become a major tourist attraction.
Now healthy young calves, they are frequently seen joyfully roaming with the herd.
Their unique presence has captured the interest of both local and international visitors.
This has not only highlighted the importance of Pinnawala in elephant conservation but also provided a significant boost to Sri Lanka’s tourism industry.
