One World Duty Free (ODF), a leading global duty-free brand based in Singapore, officially launched its latest store at the Port City Duty Free Mall in Colombo on 1st of January 2025.
This marks ODF’s debut in the South Asian market, offering premium shopping for international travelers and local consumers alike.
The first phase of the 12,800 sq. ft. store introduces five core product categories: fragrances, wines and spirits, sunglasses, timepieces, and toys.
Iconic global brands such as Calvin Klein, Gucci, Seiko, and LEGO are featured. ODF plans to complete the store’s second phase by March 2025, enhancing its offerings with immersive retail experiences.
Sri Lankan passport holders, dual citizens, and foreign residents returning to Sri Lanka can avail themselves of an annual duty-free allowance of $2,000 within four days of arrival.
Tourists, free from allowance limits, can shop at the store and conveniently collect their purchases at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA).
With an expected footfall of over 2 million visitors annually, ODF’s Port City store is set to become a premier shopping destination in the region.
