A man from New South Wales has claimed an impressive $4.8 million in a recent Lotto draw.
It took three days for the lottery team to reach out to the winner of the Wadana Dinum Adi Githra lottery, which took place on December 12.
Despite several attempts to reach him by phone, the winner’s lack of response caused a delay in notifying him about the big win.
The winner expressed that winning such a large amount is truly beyond his imagination.
The $4.8 million prize will be distributed in monthly payments of $20,000 over the course of the next 20 years.
Interestingly, the winner had also won a lottery earlier this year.
