
A new online service has been launched for ImmiAccount users, replacing the paper-based system previously used for parent visa applications.
Initially, applicants must submit their applications through the old system, and once receipt is confirmed, they can access the new online application via ImmiAccount.
The new platform offers a range of convenient features, including saving time, uploading required documents, checking messages, updating personal details, and quickly accessing up-to-date information on their application.
These services are available for all new and existing applications, except for parent visa applications submitted before November 2018.
