The Ministry of Education, Higher Education, and Vocational Education has issued a warning to the public about a fraudulent WhatsApp group operating under the name “Education Council to be formed through the New Education Reforms.”
In its statement, the Ministry clarified that the group falsely claims to be uniting teachers across education zones, but it has no official connection with or approval from the Ministry. Authorities further stressed that they are not responsible for any communications or activities conducted through this platform.
The Ministry also urged educators and the general public to stay alert and avoid being deceived by individuals or groups attempting to discredit or interfere with the government’s New Education Reforms initiative.
