

A 49-year-old man from Epsom in Victoria has been charged over alleged sexual offences in Huntly and Epsom.

Victoria Police allege the man committed indecent acts near a sporting ground off Midland Highway in Huntly on May 11 and May 18, between 5pm and 8pm.
Police say children attending football training and other members of the public were present in the area at the time of the alleged incidents.
The man is also accused of committing a similar offence outside a supermarket on Howard Street, Epsom, at around 6.30pm on July 30.
He was arrested at the scene, and police seized several electronic devices during a search of his home.
The man has been charged with three counts of “sexual activity directed at another” and three counts of “sexual exposure”, and has been released on bail to appear before Bendigo Magistrates’ Court on September 10. Police are urging anyone with information or who witnessed the incidents to contact Crime Stoppers or Victoria Police.
