
The Malaysian Coast Guard vessel KM BENDAHARA arrived at the Port of Colombo on a replenishment visit and was ceremonially welcomed by the Sri Lanka Navy in line with longstanding naval traditions.
The KM BENDAHARA is a 64.16-meter Reliance Class Medium Endurance Cutter, commanded by Commander (Maritime) Mohd Fahimi Bin Omar and crewed by 50 personnel. Built in 1968, the vessel sails under the Malaysian flag and carries the IMO number 4684892.
During their stay, the crew will participate in sightseeing tours across Sri Lanka, gaining insights into the country’s rich cultural and natural heritage.
The KM BENDAHARA is scheduled to depart Sri Lankan waters on October 30, concluding its official port call.
