Three major banks in the country have signed a new agreement with Australia Post to expand banking services.
Commonwealth Bank, NAB, and Westpac have officially partnered with Australia Post under this agreement.
As a result, Bank@Post services will be rolled out across 3,400 Australia Post offices nationwide.
These banks are expected to contribute $90 million annually to support banking services in rural communities.
The ANZ banking system is also set to be integrated with these services by October 2025.
Additionally, HSBC Bank is in discussions with Australia Post to explore a potential partnership.
