Censori, an Australian native and a graduate of the University of Melbourne, is a professional model who married Kanye West in 2022.
Speculations suggest the Grammy appearance was orchestrated by West for media attention.
However, a video showing Censori smiling and interacting with photographers in a Los Angeles recording studio has surfaced on social media.
Kanye West defended the incident, claiming, “We beat the Grammy winners.” He further stated that as of February 4, 2025, “my wife is the most Googled person in the world.”
