Isak Andic, the billionaire founder of the Mango fashion chain, has passed away

Isak Andic, the billionaire founder of the world-famous fashion chain Mango, has died in an accident.

He was 71 years old when he died.

According to the foreign media, the accident happened when he slipped and fell down a 150-meter cliff while climbing with his relatives in the Montserrat caves near Barcelona.

It is reported that his son was at the scene of the accident and the police were called at around 1 pm and a helicopter immediately went to the scene.

Mango chief executive Tony Ruiz said in a statement: “Mango is deeply saddened by the death of its chairman and founder.

The Turkish-born businessman founded Mango with the help of his brother Nahman in Barcelona in 1984, and the chain now operates nearly 3,000 outlets in 120 countries.

Forbes estimates Andic’s net worth at $4.5 billion.
