Four individuals, including a woman, have been arrested in Maharagama for the possession of 1.5 kilograms of heroin and 680 grams of crystal methamphetamine (‘Ice’), police said.
The arrests were made by the Kelaniya Police Crimes Investigation Unit during a special operation.
Police stated that information leading to the arrests was uncovered during the interrogation of a suspect previously detained with narcotics in Enderamulla.
