An earthquake struck Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, south-east of Melbourne, early this morning.
According to the government’s Geoscience Australia website, the tremor occurred at around 4.39 a.m.
The epicentre was located at Main Ridge at a depth of 10 km, with a recorded magnitude of 3.2.
Ambulance Victoria confirmed to media that they had received no emergency calls related to the quake.
