Australian opposition leader Peter Dutton dismissed claims that the Labor Party is a puppet of President Donald Trump, calling it propaganda.
He made these remarks during a televised debate ahead of the upcoming federal election.
Dutton highlighted his experience, noting that he has served under four prime ministers since entering parliament in 2001.
He also accused the Labor Party of spending $20 million on a campaign to smear the coalition.
Dutton was declared the winner of the third leaders’ debate, securing a two-to-one victory over Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, according to a three-judge panel.
