Debt relief for millions of Australian students paying off HECS loans

The Labor government has given debt relief to millions of Australians who are paying off student loans.

It is said that previously the government had cut HECS loans by $3 billion from Australian student loans.

It is revealed that HECS debt for millions of Australians has been reduced since the legislation was passed by the Senate.

The Senate has passed legislation to change the way the annual indexation of student loans is calculated in Australia.

Previously, it was based on the Consumer Price Index, which led to a 7.1% increase in debt last year, which is determined by the lower of the CPI or the Wage Price Index.

It is said that the Albanian government has promised to make even bigger changes to student loans if Labor wins the upcoming federal election.
