The Bureau of Meteorology forecasts cooler weather in Victoria and New South Wales starting today and continuing through the weekend.
Both states may experience partly cloudy skies and rain, particularly over the weekend.
On Anzac Day, Melbourne is expected to receive up to 25 millimeters of rain.
Light rain is also predicted in Melbourne on Saturday and Sunday, with temperatures dropping to 19°C on Saturday.
Other parts of Victoria may see rainfall ranging from 10 to 25 millimeters tomorrow.
Sydney is expected to receive around 46 millimeters of continuous rainfall over the three-day weekend.
