Colombo Dockyard PLC announced yesterday that the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC) has deferred the suspension of trading of its shares, which was scheduled for 10th of September 2025.
The SEC has extended the deferment until 11th of December 2025.
The company’s securities were placed on the Watch List of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) on June 10, 2024, and again on June 16, 2025, after its independent auditors highlighted concerns over its ability to continue as a going concern in their reports for the financial years ending 31st of December 2023, and 31st of December 2024.
