Home Lands has officially launched Central Park Boulevard Port City Colombo, a landmark luxury development valued at over US$300 million, which is expected to become one of the most iconic residential projects within Port City Colombo.

The project was unveiled at a high-profile launch event attended by Shilpa Shetty, Aditya Roy Kapur, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Mahela Jayawardene, who was also introduced as Home Lands’ newest Brand Ambassador.

Located in the Central Park District of Port City Colombo, the twin-tower development will rise 37 storeys and feature more than 640 luxury residential units designed to meet a variety of modern lifestyle needs.

The project overlooks nearly 40 acres of green space and waterways surrounding Central Park, while offering panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and Colombo’s coastline.

According to Home Lands, the development is the first Sri Lankan high-rise project inspired by an ultra-luxury international lifestyle brand, setting a new benchmark for premium urban living in the country.

The company revealed that 50 percent of the units had already been sold before the official launch, reflecting strong investor interest and confidence in the project.

Home Lands stated that the development is expected to attract substantial foreign investment, with the total project value exceeding US$300 million. The company has invested US$150 million in the venture, describing it as the largest real estate investment undertaken by a single Sri Lankan developer.

Following the launch, the Central Park Boulevard Port City Colombo Sales Gallery will open to prospective buyers and investors, providing an opportunity to explore the project’s design, lifestyle features, and investment potential.
