A baby boy was born during Cyclone Alfred in Brisbane, with reports emerging about the event.
Annie Coburn, a Brisbane woman, was admitted to the Mater Hospital on Friday night while in labor, as the cyclone and heavy rain raged outside.
After 13 hours of labor, Annie gave birth to a baby girl, whom they named Winnie. The parents also mentioned that they are considering naming their baby boy Alfie.
Meanwhile, it has been reported that another baby boy born in Brisbane a few weeks ago has also been named Alfie by his parents.
