Australian state relaxes new home buying rules

It is said that through these housing laws that have been changed by the Queensland state government, the residents of the state who buy a house for the first time have been given the opportunity to rent out a few rooms in their new house in order to earn additional income.

This law amendment will reduce the pressure on Queenslanders to buy their first home.

Previously, if a Queensland resident rented out a room in the first home he bought, he lost benefits such as stamp duty concessions from the state government.

Through this, it is expected that about 20,000 Queensland home owners will benefit.

It is also special that these new laws are scheduled to be submitted to the state parliament this week
