A controversial situation has been created regarding the federal budget deficit.
It is believed that this situation has arisen because the previous government did not pay the salaries of the war heroes who served in the security forces.
Accordingly, Australian Treasurer Jim Chalmers has stated that an additional $1.8 billion should be charged for the officers who served in the security forces.
He believes that this has become one of the reasons for the budget deficit.
It is further stated that 6.5 billion dollars have already been spent on these payments in February this year.
In this regard, the Federal Government has emphasized that the payments due to the concerned parties have increased but the government has made investments to avoid any setback.
