Australian spinner Matt Kuhemann, who played in the recently concluded Sri Lankan Test series, has been found to have a suspect bowling action.
This is believed to be the first time such an allegation has been made against him since he began his professional career in 2017.
Accordingly, he will have to face an independent investigation by the International Cricket Council in Brisbane in the future.
If he fails the investigation in the coming weeks, it is speculated that he will be banned from bowling until his bowling action is confirmed to be correct.
It is also noteworthy that he managed to take 16 wickets in the two Test matches that concluded in Galle recently.
