American singer and rapper Aloe Blacc has arrived in Sri Lanka for a three-day visit to explore investment opportunities aimed at the country’s development.
Blacc is in Sri Lanka at the invitation of Professor Gomika Udugamasooriya, Senior Advisor to the President on Science and Technology.
Professor Udugamasooriya welcomed Blacc to Sri Lanka and confirmed that the singer is considering investments in various sectors, including tourism.
Speaking to the media, Blacc expressed excitement about his first visit to Sri Lanka and his plans to explore different regions of the country.
He shared, “My relationship with Professor Udugamasooriya has given me the opportunity to learn more about Sri Lanka and find ways to contribute to the growth of this beautiful nation.”
Blacc also hoped that his visit would send a strong message globally that Sri Lanka is a promising destination for investment.
