
RingCentral Vice President Amir Hameed highlighted the company’s latest innovations in AI-powered receptionist technology, which are transforming how customer service is delivered.
He explained that these AI systems eliminate the need for customers to be put on hold and are capable of handling a wide range of basic queries efficiently.
Despite the advancements, Mr. Hameed emphasized that the human element in customer service will not be entirely replaced.
He also revealed that within just three months, the service has attracted over 1,000 customers in the U.S., with plans to launch in Australia in the near future.
